Kosi Bay is located on the Elephant Coast of KwaZulu Natal and is made up of six large lakes, two smaller lakes and one conserved estuary on the Indian Ocean coastline. Stretching from Lake Zilonde on the border of Mozambique through to Lake Amanzimnyama in the south, Kosi Bay is fast becoming a tourism mecca as more and more people flock here for their holidays. The town can be spelt both as Kosi Bay and Kosi Bay - both of which are correct and widely used. The town has a great eco-system with its beautiful lakes and scenery.
